The Perfect Wedding Cake!

Isn't this just the perfect cake and setting?

R and E cake

I loved how this cake turned out. no words needed- I took loads of pics.

J and S Wedding cake

This is the kind of cake I love! I just love making all those little flowers, that's the fun part but I always panic when putting the whole cake together- what happens if........... I think I've seen to many of those disaster cake clips on youtube!

Cake- Levi's Dino Cake

I was so proud of this cake- Totally original! We'd just visited the Museum at Drumheller and Levi was still interested in paleontology. I modeled a triceratops skeleton and buried it beneath cookie crumbs on top of his rugged rock cake.

I cant find the pic of the full skeleton unearthed - video clips of the excitement but no pics.

For kids cakes I've found Debbie Brown's book most inspiring. As long as
your kids never get to see the book they'll always be impressed by Mum's efforts!

Chloe's Cakes

Here's my Chloe's first ever cake. She made the cake and the flowers too! not bad for a 6yr old.

Last year Chloe decorated the Christmas cake with Dad's help- She's got such a sweet tooth
and apparently I'm too skimpy with the icing!

Cakes 2006

Sophie's princess cake was such a hit! I made another for a friends birthday too.

I did this cake for a friend of the family- She'd got the design from the internet but
couldn't find anyone who'd actually make it for her. Not everyone's idea of a
magical wedding cake but she loved it.
